Excellent Stay Near the Metro
metro station prompt service efficient service
This hotel is conveniently located near the metro station, providing easy access around the city. I found the cleanliness to be perfect. The room service was also very attentive and efficient . I was happy with the prompt service. I enjoyed my time here.
The minibar was empty, which I found inconvenient. There were no drinks or snacks available upon arrival. I would have appreciated having at least some basic refreshments provided in the room. I had to order everything.

The staff were friendly and very helpful. They quickly responded to requests. Housekeeping ensured the room was super clean and well-kept. The reception staff provided clear directions. They also gave helpful tips.

musty smell limited options
i expected more from my stay. my room smelled musty upon arrival. the air conditioning struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. the breakfast buffet offered limited options for someone with dietary restrictions like me.

helpful staff convenient location lukewarm water outdated decor
the staff were very helpful i particularly appreciated zakir who assisted with my luggage on the last day also the location was convenient with easy access to nearby facilities
the water in the shower took a long time to heat up it was sometimes lukewarm the decor in the room felt quite outdated it could definitely use a refresh
